Leadership
I lead the innovation, customer experience, product management, and support functions at Fannie Mae's Multifamily Business Unit. Bringing deep technology management experience and customer-centricity, I am responsible for driving Multifamily's product innovation and delivering world-class Loan Origination Solutions to multifamily staff as well as to thirty-two major banks and non-banks focused on financing over $70 Billion multifamily properties annually.
Prior to my work with Fannie Mae, I was Deputy CIO at FDA where I led engineering, product management, and cloud operations for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health. I played a key role in initiating a digital transformation effort in collaboration with FDA's CIO, CISO, and CTO offices. In addition, I was a member of a government-wide working group co-led by the White House's Executive Office and the GSA focused on improving agencies' digital strategies and sharing best practices for technology. There, I joined a small team to set up a multi-agency effort to establish a $500 million streamlining effort to acquire cloud capacity.
I was previously the Information Technology and Information Systems Director at Senior Service America, Inc. where I was responsible for the planning and deployment of a major grant platform as well as IT operations. I have held several positions in technology and data management with Verizon, BT, and IIHS. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Science degree in Technology Management, a CIO competencies Certificate from the Univerity of Maryland University College, and several other industry certificates in Agile, Product Management, and Technology.
I and my wife Virginia and two children live in Boyds, Maryland.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration - U.S Federal Government Agency - Initiated efforts for a multi-year Digital Transformation focused on improving the user experience for customers both internal and external to the FDA, enhancing CDRH’s ability to accept, store, analyze, and distribute data, and digitalize CDRH’s programs and operations.

Senior Service America, Inc, - nonprofit - Grant Management Platform for tracking grant funds, grant outcomes, program participant wages, community service hours, and program eligibility for over 100K participants.

Insurance Institute for Highway Safety - nonprofit scientific and educational - Fatality statistics, a research platform for analyzing, updating, and communicating on the Annual motor vehicle safety trends.

Verizon - Telecom - expressTRACK, a Billing and CRM systems consolidations for a 30M+ customer base. I played a key role in engineering and design to ensure accurate data consolidation, improve paper bill deliverability and ensure accurate 911 addresses.

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) Platform: An integrated set of CRM, Program content, Program Tracking, Grant Financial tools, and dashboards use to track an $65 Million annual grant. SCSEP Portal is one-stop-shop secure portal to the multiple products developed to transform and scale the grant services from $65M per year to $98 per year in 2008.
